Fan He is a producer/director/distributor in New York. Born in Hubei China, Fan He has a Masters degree in Information Science from Wuhan University, and just got his MFA in film production from City College of New York. In 2014, Fan’s short film Red Fog, which represents the air pollution problem in China, was named a Student Academy Award semifinalist and played at the Palm Springs International ShortsFest. In 2013, His short film Morning Song won Best Fiction at CUNY Asian American Film Festival in New York and was selected by festivals in both Beijing and Taiwan. Besides directing films, Fan He started his production/distribution company EnMaze Pictures LLC, focusing on distributing short films to China. Fan is also a pioneer in new media content distribution.
