Moises Bazbaz is a Mexican filmmaker and producer. He graduated from Pratt Institute in May 2024 with a degree in Film / Video. His work as a filmmaker is inspired by every-day real-life experiences, his upbringing, Mexican culture, and his surroundings. His work tells the stories with a simplistic and practical approach that successfully blend fiction and reality. In production, Moises first gained experience while working at Pimienta Films in 2020, one of Mexico’s leading independent production companies. Now, Moises founded Basurero Films, an independent production company focused on making low budget films and showcasing them between Mexico City and New York.
